Using case citators and digests is usually the most efficient and effective way to research case law. This is because these databases distill information about a case and this editorially added data is what is searched, rather than wading through vast tracks of full-text decisions.

Australian Cases by Court

This list comprises the major courts and the major reports series for the courts. It is not comprehensive and does not cover all Australian courts and tribunals, nor all the law reports series.
