Commentary Services

This page provides a guide to commentary services on the law which offer current information and commentary upon and an analysis of specific topical areas of the law. 

Typically, commentary services offer:

• relevant legislation, including regulations, notices and practice notes
• recent case law
• 'New Developments' surveying new legislation, case law, and government reports and policies which impact on the area of law
• annotated commentary with comprehensive subject, case and statute law indexes

Below is a selection of commentary services which we have online. However, there are also a large number of print format commentary services (known as loose-leaf services) which may be found in the Library. To locate a commentary service on a relevant topic, use a keyword search of the catalogue, incorporating the words "loose leaf" into your search.
