The Australian Institute of Criminology is the national focus for the study of crime and criminal justice in Australia. A good starting point when researching in this area

Criminal Law
Maintained by the Parliamentary Library this is a comprehensive site dealing with a wide range of Criminal Law materials including:
Legislation, Court and Tribunal decisions, law reports, Key Publications, Links to Other Australian Sites (State organisations, Pathfinders, Directories etc) and Overseas Sites. 
Also has a focus on the following topics:

Crime and Misconduct Commission (Qld)
The role of the CMC "...integrates the core functions of the CJC and the QCC to:

Old Bailey Online
The Proceedings of the Old Bailey, London 1674 - 1834, contains accounts of over 100,000 criminal trials held at London's central criminal court.

South Australian Office of Crime Statistics and Research (OCSAR)
Established within the Attorney General's Department in 1978, OCSAR is responsible for research into and the monitoring of crime trends and the criminal justice system within the State.

Victimology (International Victimology Website)
A comprehensive resource for those interested in victimology and abuse of power. The aim of the site being to promote  the UN Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of  Power.  Provides access to information on a wide range of topics related to this area: victim support, abuse of power, domestic violence, child abuse, human rights issues and crime prevention.
