    International Commission of Jurists
    The ICJ seeks to promote and protect human rights through the rule of law internationally. They make available regional reports in the areas of access to justice, human rights, transitional justice, and the role of justice and lawyers.     SMALL ARMS SURVEY
    The Small Arms Survey is an independent research project located at the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva, Switzerland. It serves as the principle international source of public information on all aspects of small arms, and as a resource centre for governments, policy makers, researchers, and activists.
    The Small Arms Survey Website also contains the UN Small Arms Conference Database which was first created by the Program on Security and Development at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and subsequently taken on by the Small Arms Survey in Geneva. The purpose of the database is to track states’ positions with respect to small arms and light weapons issues.
