Adelaide Legal Studies Working Paper Series

Our Working Paper Series, Adelaide Legal Studies, ensures that scholars, judges, legislators, policy-makers, lawyers, and members of the wider community can readily locate the cutting-edge research activities of the University of Adelaide Law School. Our research contributes to the ongoing development of law and public policy and to the life of the Australian community. As such, Adelaide Legal Studies disseminates the work in progress of academic staff and, occasionally, graduate and undergraduate students.

Abstracts and electronic copies of all working papers are available at Social Science Research Network (SSRN) or Adelaide Legal Studies Working Papers Series.

The Law School also runs a Brown Bag Work in Progress Series which allows academic staff and research students to workshop current research ideas with colleagues.
